Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of YieldXAU, including account registration, identity verification, package participation, network features, cryptocurrency payments, rewards, withdrawals and member-dashboard services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and be permitted to use the platform in your location. You are responsible for understanding any local restrictions that may apply to digital assets, online rewards or platform participation.

2. Account registration and security

Provide accurate, complete and current information. One person should operate only the accounts permitted under platform rules. You are responsible for protecting your password, email access, verification codes and connected wallet information. Notify official support promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity.

YieldXAU will never request your password, one-time verification code, wallet seed phrase or private key. You must not share, sell or transfer account access to another person without written approval.

3. Identity verification

Email confirmation and identity verification may be required before package activation, withdrawals or other account actions. We may request additional information to confirm identity, payment ownership, account security or eligibility. Verification does not guarantee approval or continued access.

4. Digital service packages

YieldXAU packages provide access to digital platform features and participation rules described on the Packages page. Packages are digital services, not physical products. Review the package amount, variable rate illustration, eligibility requirements and combined earning limit before making a payment.

Package descriptions may be updated for future activations when platform conditions or operational requirements change. A package becomes active only after the required payment and account checks are confirmed.

5. Variable performance and no guarantee

Figures displayed as “up to”, including daily, weekly or monthly examples, are variable illustrations and are not fixed returns, interest or guaranteed income. Actual performance may be lower, may change or may be zero. Preview statistics, historical figures and examples do not predict future results.

6. Network rewards

An eligible first-level package activation may record a direct reward of 10%. Eligible activity beyond the first level may record an extended network reward of 4%, subject to the applicable structure and rules. Registration alone does not create a reward. A reward is recorded only after eligible activity and payment are confirmed.

Referral links are unique to each member. You must describe YieldXAU accurately and must not promise guaranteed returns, fixed income, risk-free participation or results that are not stated on the official website. Spam, impersonation, deceptive advertising and unauthorised use of another person’s information are prohibited.

7. Combined earning limit

Each package remains subject to a combined earning limit of five times the package amount. Eligible package performance and network rewards both count toward this limit, regardless of which source reaches it first. Activity may stop or require a new eligible package when the applicable limit is reached.

8. Payments and blockchain transactions

Supported package payments are processed through the cryptocurrency asset and network shown at checkout. Confirm the package, amount, asset, blockchain network and payment destination before sending funds. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and may be affected by confirmation delays, network congestion, wallet-provider rules and fees.

YieldXAU is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, with an unsupported asset or through an incompatible network. Payment must be linked to the correct member account before activation can be completed.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require successful identity verification and compliance with account-security checks. The minimum referral-reward withdrawal is $100. The minimum package-earning withdrawal is $10. Available balance, review status, applicable fees, blockchain confirmation and platform rules may affect processing.

A displayed balance is not necessarily immediately withdrawable. Pending, restricted, disputed or unverified amounts may be held until the relevant review is complete.

10. Prohibited activity

Providing false identity, payment or account information.
Creating fake, duplicate or unauthorised accounts.
Manipulating referral placement, rewards, payments or platform records.
Using bots, scripts or other automated methods without permission.
Sending spam or making misleading earnings claims.
Attempting to access another user’s account or private information.
Using unlawful funds or the platform for fraud, abuse or prohibited activity.
Interfering with website security, availability or payment processing.

11. Account restriction or suspension

YieldXAU may restrict, suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, correct an error, enforce these terms, complete verification or respond to an applicable requirement. Access to funds or features may be delayed while a review is active.

12. Third-party services

Hosting, email, identity verification, wallets, blockchain networks and payment processors may be provided by third parties. Their services may be interrupted, delayed or governed by separate terms. YieldXAU does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.

13. Platform availability and changes

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, paused or replaced for security, maintenance, technical, legal or operational reasons. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the website or member account.

14. Intellectual property

The YieldXAU name, branding, website design, dashboard, text, graphics and platform materials are protected content. You may use official materials only for lawful personal participation and accurate promotion of the platform. Copying, reselling or misrepresenting platform materials is prohibited.

15. Disclaimer and responsibility

Participation involves operational, digital-asset, network and performance risk. YieldXAU does not guarantee earnings, referrals, uninterrupted access or recovery of an incorrect blockchain transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the information provided, protecting your account and deciding whether participation is appropriate for you.

16. Refund and payment reviews

Payment-review and refund eligibility are governed by the Digital Service Refund Policy. An activated digital service, an incorrect blockchain transfer or a change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that information may be processed as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and verify the platform.

18. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated when platform features, payment methods, security requirements or operational rules change. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future platform activity.
